/signed for level 20 with 200 attribute points. At the very least a message when an incomplete PvE character attempts to enter any forum of random PvP.

There's absolutly no reason for PvPing with a sub-level 20, or PvPing when you don't have all 200 attribute points, or max armor.

To be quite honest, it is not unfair to exclude them. If you haven't even reached level 20 yet, in Tyria or Cantha, there's a 99% chance you're going to have a free slot for a PvP charactar.

It is however unfair to include them. Yes, that's right, it's unfair, atleast where you can't pick your own team(RA) or the other teams on your side(ABs). If nothing more, exclude them from those types of combat. Excluding them from GvG, HA, and TA would be nice too, because it would frankly be doing theese players a favor, and it wouldn't waste someone else's time.

Add a 15-19 arena in both Tyria and Cantha. Restrict them from playing other PvP. Problem solved, everyone's happy.

Keep them out of the Level 20 Arenas. They just shouldn't be there with such a low character. And now, this is in no way unfair towards them. They can make a PVP Character anytime - with max Level and max Equipment so they're even with everyone else.
Whenever i see a low level on my team i just leave, even if it breaks a 10 win chain on the 10th win. Chances are, he either totally has no clue wtf he is doing there - match is lost anyways. Or he is someone who twinked his character for the low level arenas. Absolutely a person i don't want to play with. Both situations, it's a lose/lose situation. Why waste time?

all of this thread is ridiculous. Just because you guys don't know how to play unless you got a lvl 20 char it doesn't mean no on can. Also if under lvl 20 are bad they will soon get fed up and leave.

i agree, if I see anything less than lvl20 in RA I will leave instantly
theres also a HUGE correlation between lower levels and if they are very bad in pvp
but for TA I dont think its much a problem, if someone wants to join or invite a group with lower levels thats their problem not mine

Its not about how experienced you are but that you have less health/ attributes etc.

And how hard is it to get to level 20 or make a pvp-only char?

Yes, its sooo easy to duplicate your char's skills but with max gear in a PvP char.

I can see people under level 20 PvPing for an added challenge; especially since this game lacks a higher level cap.

No theyre PVP'ing with a non-level-20 cuz theyre morons. If u want an "added challenge" then go to yaks bend with a level 10 or something. And something that is not needed cant be lacking.

It's not that big of a deal, just accept it and move on. Let people play and have fun. Maybe they can't level up any more than what they are because they have a life.

Just because someone can play good as a level 18 doesnt mean that they wouldnt do better as a level 20. Lol, get fed up and leave? I think your proven wrong by the horrible mending wammos that stick around the RA.

Yes because 5 minutes to roll a pvp character means I have no life.

So the game becomes more challanging when its level 40 vs level 40? Talking about the high level cap.

Add a 15-19 area in, say the desert, and another one at seitung harbor or marketplace, and block all non-20s (and people with non-max attributes too) from high level PvP, i think is a good idea.
